Question

Where will the Ceremony be?

Answer

The Ceremony, Cocktail Party, and Reception will all be outside at the Alex Camp House site at the Dallas Arboretum. We will have a designated parking lot entrance for our event at entrance 2 - please only come through this entrance. If you are driving or taking an Uber/Lyft, please make sure to direct your vehicle to this entrance.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress-code is formal! We will be outside throughout the entire night so please keep that in mind for shoes (ladies we will be in lots of grass/gravel, keep in mind for heels), jacket, etc. Come dressed in your best garden chic formal attire! Recommended: Ladies in long formal dresses, gentlemen in formal suits. Have fun with your attire and do not hesitate with any questions!

Where should I stay if I'm coming from out of town?

Answer

We have secured 2 room blocks, one at The Lumen and one at the DoubleTree Dallas. Please make sure to go to our travel section of the website and book with our discounted code. However, we are in Dallas and there are many other beautiful places to stay as well. Stay wherever makes you feel the most comfortable! You can also check out all the great Airbnb's Dallas has to rent with your family & friends.

Can my kids come?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Let your hair down and have an amazing kids-free night. We hope you understand our decision.

Will it still be at the Arboretum if it rains?

Answer

Yes, Kenzie and Mead have a back-up plan at the Arboretum if it decides to rain. We will make sure all of our guests stay in the loop! (Please pray for no rain though lol)
