Flights

The closest airport is San José del Cabo (SJD), with direct flights available from many of the cities our guests will be traveling from. If you have any questions or need assistance with booking your flight, please don’t hesitate to reach out. The best time to book your flight is 2-4 months in advance. You will need to send your flight information to the transportation company in order to secure a spot on our shared shuttle (details regarding this will be shared soon!) Uber has airport & resort restrictions in the Cabo area. Do not rely on finding an uber once you arrive or for your return trip to the airport. The uber driver will not be allowed to access the entrance to pick you up.

The resort is 45 minutes from the airport. Sit back, relax, & enjoy the stunning mountain views and beautiful scenery along the way! We are working with a family owned company, Zaboten Los Cabos, to allow for everyone to have a stress-free ride to & from the resort. EACH GUEST WILL NEED TO BOOK DIRECTLY & PAY UPON ARRIVAL (USD CASH) Cost per guest will depend on how many guests are in your van. HOW TO BOOK: Email zaboten@hotmail.com with the subject line: “Brown Wedding, April 2026” and CC madisonandkenzieb@gmail.com Include the following information in your email: 1. Arrival / Airport to PB Pacifica Name: Phone: Names and # of People in your group: Airline & Flight Number: Arrival Date/Time: Service preferred: Private or Shared (sharing with other wedding guests) 2 Departure ⟶ PB Pacifica to SJD Airport Include the same information above for your return flight. Airport Transfer SJD Airport → Pueblo Bonito Each van can accommodate 10–11 passengers, and the fare is charged per vehicle, not per person. The cost per van is US $85 one way, whether used by 1 passenger or by 11. Payment Options: • Shared Van: Cash (USD) on arrival. The per-person cost varies depending on the number of riders, as the total is divided among the group. • Private Van: Cash (USD) on arrival or request a PayPal invoice (+6% fee). *We recommend a 15-20% tip They will always try to group only our invited guests together to minimize per person cost. Alternatively, if you prefer a private vehicle to avoid possible wait time, that can be arranged as well. You will receive an email confirmation from Zaboten once the booking is confirmed. *You are not required to use Zaboten’s services, however, we strongly recommend this company for easy, safe, & direct transportation. Booking through the resort will likely entail multiple stops along the way, result in longer wait times, & is $30 per person.
