Are kids invited to our special day?

Answer

Absolutely! Your kids are welcome but we understand if you prefer use this as an adult night out! If the kiddos are coming along be sure to specify on the RSVP page.

What should I wear?

Answer

Keep in mind we will be outside and parts will be on grass! Semi formal attire is appreciated but dress for the weather.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We worked very hard on our guest list, so if it wasn’t specified on your invitation, then we are only expecting you! If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block set aside at the Holiday Inn & Suites-Pittsfield (use group code OY1 and book by August 15th) but there are plenty of very nice hotels/resorts in Pittsfield or Lenox that I listed within east driving distance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive between 2:30 and 2:45. There will be light refreshments available and ceremony will start promptly at 3pm!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of parking will be available behind the Dalton CRA for both! Weather permitting the ceremony will take place on the memorial lawn and reception will follow at the Kittredge House next door!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 10, 2022.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, unfortunately there will not be.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style! We will have a range of options available to hopefully provide e for everyone’s needs, but please reach out to one of us if we aren’t already aware of your dietary restriction!

Can I take pictures? Can I post on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that during the CEREMONY all phones/cameras are put away! We have an excellent photographer and videographer. BUT for the rest of the celebrating, you are more than welcome to take and/or post pictures!
