Is this a traditional wedding ceremony and reception?
Answer
Jackson and Kenzie will be having an intimate ceremony with immediate family in Lake Garda, Italy in 2026. Before they set off for Italy, they wanted to celebrate their marriage with all of their loved ones here at home. Think of this as a joyful pre-wedding reception—a chance to gather, toast, and dance together ahead of the big day abroad!

Garden Cocktail Attire: We're so excited to celebrate with you! Please join us in your semi-formal best, with a touch of garden party style- lighter colors, floral prints, or breathable fabrics, and shoes that can handle a bit of grass. Think cocktail dresses or dressy separates for women. Think dress shirts with dress pants for men. Suits optional for men.

Will food and drink be provided?
Answer
Yes, of course! The theme is an Italian garden party, in celebration of their upcoming ceremony in Italy. There will be delicious catering with gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options available. A charming Piaggio Ape will be serving freshly made Neapolitan pizza for all the guests. There will also be a great selection of drinks, including both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. Plus, plenty of snacks and desserts to enjoy. Come hungry!

Will there be available parking for the event?
Answer
Please note that parking at the Caswell residence is very limited. To make things easier for everyone, we highly encourage using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. Drop-offs can be made right at the front of the house. If you do plan to drive, please be prepared to park on nearby streets and be mindful of neighbors. Thanks for helping us keep the party stress-free!

When do we need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as possible, so we can prepare for the correct number for catering. RSVP due by January 31, 2026 at the latest. Thank you! Please let The Caswell’s, Jackson, or Kenzie know if something changes. We understand things come up that can interfere with plans.

To help us with planning, please note that invitations are addressed to individual guests only. If a plus one was included, it will be specified on your invitation when you submit your RSVP on the website.

What activities do you recommend to fill free time before and after the party?
Answer
Scottsdale offers plenty of fun ways to enjoy your free time, especially if you love the outdoors! Weather permitting, consider biking, hiking, playing pickleball, golfing, or simply relaxing by the pool. If shopping is more your vibe, check out Fashion Square Mall or the Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping districts. Where should we stay if we are traveling to Arizona for the party?

The Caswell residence is located in North Scottsdale, with several Airbnbs nearby for your convenience. If you’d prefer to stay closer to the main areas with activities, shopping, and restaurants, we recommend booking accommodations near Kierland/Scottsdale Quarter or Old Town Scottsdale by Fashion Square. In the “Travel” section of this website, you’ll find a list of reputable hotels in great locations. Please note, we do not have a room block reserved, so feel free to stay wherever suits you best!

Are there any other events the weekend of the Wedding celebration?

There are no additional events planned for the weekend—just the wedding celebration on Saturday, April 11 at 5:30 PM. We wanted to give everyone plenty of free time to relax, explore, and enjoy everything Scottsdale has to offer at your own pace.
