We met the way all great engineering love stories begin — in a classroom at Valparaiso University, surrounded by equations, lab reports, and the quiet stress of figuring out how everything worked. At first, it was simple: two students sharing engineering classes, study sessions, and the occasional “Did you understand that homework?” conversation. Somewhere between long lectures and late-night problem sets, something unexpected happened. What started as teamwork slowly turned into laughter, inside jokes, and a friendship that made even the toughest classes a little easier. Engineering taught us how to solve problems — but together, we learned how much better life is when you’re solving them side by side. As semesters passed, so did projects, exams, and milestones. We celebrated victories, survived deadlines, and leaned on each other through the challenges college life brought. Through it all, we realized we weren’t just building careers — we were building a future together. Valparaiso University gave us more than an education; it gave us each other. From classmates to partners, from shared notes to shared dreams, our love grew stronger with every step. Now, as we begin this next chapter, we’re grateful for where it all started — two engineering students, one campus, and a love story perfectly designed to last a lifetime.
