Evan and I first met as 6th graders walking the halls of Ridgley Middle School. At first, we were just awkward classmates in art class but quickly became good friends. After Ridgley, we went our separate ways for a little bit as we went to different high school and college schools. Let's fast forward a few years after college to when I packed up my apartment to move from DC to Baltimore. I was getting off the elevator when I received a text from Evan asking how I was doing. My response was simply, "hey, stranger!" It took Evan about a week and a night out with friends to officially ask me out for a drink. And I couldn't be more grateful that he did. Our first date was at Bluebird in Hampden, our favorite place, which is now just blocks away from our home. We drank old fashions, talked and laughed till the bartender told us they were closing up. We never wanted the date to end, leading us here and beyond! We are so excited for you to join us as we say "I do" at our wedding in June 2022. Cheers!
