Roads Affected for Festival Hours: From 7:00 am 5:30 pm, E 9th Avenue between N 14th Street and N 15th Street will be closed. E 8th Avenue between N 13th Street and N 14th Street will be open for guests only. From Palms Avenue and 13th Street, guests will be required to drive down to 8th Avenue to enter and exit the hotel on 14street.
