Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive by 4 - 4:15 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in!
We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. If your kid is invited, their names will be on the RSVP tab!
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal. We kindly ask that ladies wear cocktail‑length or floor‑length dresses, and men wear a suit and tie. Please refrain from wearing blue jeans, polos, or t‑shirts, and avoid colors such as white, cream, or ivory.

The Clubhouse offers free parking at the venue!
Complimentary transportation will be available for our guests. Transportation from the hotels to the venue will depart with a single scheduled pick-up at 3:30 PM. Return trips to the hotels will run hourly beginning at 8:30 PM, with the final shuttle departing at 11:30 PM. Since hotel-to-venue transportation is limited to this single departure time, we kindly ask that you indicate your transportation plans when completing your RSVP. This will help us plan accordingly and do our best to accommodate all guests who wish to utilize the shuttle. If you choose to drive, please note that overnight parking is permitted at the venue, and you are welcome to return in the morning to retrieve your vehicle. If the venue gate is not open upon your return, you may walk around it to access your car - the gate will open automatically when exiting. Rideshare services such as Uber as also an option. Our goal is to ensure everyone can celebrate with us safely and enjoy the evening to the fullest, so please plan accordingly - we can't wait to celebrate with you!
