Mackenzie's best friend ever since Christine taught Mackenzie how to open her locker the first day of freshmen year of high school. Christine and Mackenzie got to cross an item off their bucket lists when they had the chance to live together in Encinitas! Christine completed grad school at Georgetown University and is now living and working in Washington DC.

Tom's brother and best man. Matt was a great sport growing up playing Tom's made up games, always having a "yes and" attitude, and being one of the kindest people Tom has ever met. Matt is currently living in Florida pursuing a career in welding.
Courtney Knauer

Mackenzie's friend since they met at ages 7 and 8 on separate family vacations to Florida and became lifelong pen pals. Courtney is currently studying marine biology at Florida International University, just like she predicted at eight years old.
Cole Leveque

Mackenzie's brother and first ever friend! Cole and Mackenzie bonded over similar senses of humor, many a tag game, and Cole's forced participation in Mackenzie's childhood plays. Cole is currently an attorney in Houston, Texas.

Mackenzie and Brittany became fast friends during high school cross country; bonded by 10 mile runs, Harry Potter, and various medical catastrophes. Brittany is now at law school at George Washington University.
Connor Howe

Tom and Connor have been friends since high school, where they both played in the school band. Tom and Connor share similar interests and continued to be close friends throughout college and roommates after. Connor has since pursued his love of marketing and content creation and resides with his wife Hannah in San Diego.
Kayla Kammes

Kay was Mackenzie's college roommate two years in a row, known for both killer dance moves and being the best hype friend out there. Kayla is currently working and living in Georgia while she applies to grad schools to pursue her passion of social work. She also is a cat mom to the beloved Athena!
Cameron Stein

Tom and Cam have been friends since middle school, where they met in band class. Though only one of them was talented in their music theory class (not Tom), they remained close friends after their time in high school. Cam is now in the process of obtaining a teaching credential at Cal State San Marcos.
Caleb Moore

A friend and then debate partner, Caleb was the person who introduced Tom to the world of collegiate debate. Tom's future relationships have never been the same. Caleb has since landed a position a full-time teaching position at Mira Mesa High School in San Diego.
Emily Fisher

Emily was one of Mackenzie's senior year college roommates; best known for her love of sangria and her fandom for the Dodgers. Emily works at a marketing agency in San Diego, but still makes it to many Dodger games in LA.

Jake and Tom both played water polo in high school, bonding over the grueling experience of hell week. The pair remained close during college and afterwards. Jake currently resides in San Diego where he works in business development.

Mackenzie's loyal friend since the cringeworthy days of middle school; arguably the best person to have along on a beach day and a prolific cat lover. Lisa and Mackenzie have been travel buddies through 2020 and look forward to many adventures in the future! Lisa is currently working as a project manager in Orange County.

Through thick and emo, Andy has always shared Tom's affinity for alternative music and the Van's Warped Tour. Andy currently resides in Boulder, Colorado with his fiancé Raynee working as a business development manager.

One of Mackenzie's college roommates, Tara is a talented graphic designer and the photographer behind the beautiful engagement photos. She now has her own photography and graphic design business called Studio Vieren! Tara is from Nebraska but is now a full time San Diegan.

Blake and Tom became friends after being floor mates at PLNU freshman year. The pair bonded attending 5 concerts together that first semester and many more since then. Blake has since pursued a career in photography interning at Brixton and now working as a video production assistant in San Diego.
