FAQs

Question

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4pm, so please plan to arrive at 3:30. You'll want to enjoy the beautiful venue and find a seat before folks start walking down the aisle.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear something that makes you feel fabulous, fancy, and confident! No formal dress code here! We want you to be comfortable, so please keep in mind that the venue is indoor/outdoor and we plan for an outdoor ceremony. Also, you'll want to choose shoes that won't get stuck on a grassy lawn!

Question

If I want to enjoy a few brews, how can I get home safely?

Answer

There will be a free-ride-home shuttle running from 9pm-12am. The phone number for this shuttle will be posted around the venue during the reception. No need to pre-book this ride. The driver will drop you off anywhere in Red Lodge! Just plan to come retrieve your vehicle at the venue by 10am the next day. (p.s. there are no Ubers or taxis in Red Lodge, so plan accordingly.)

Question

Can I get a ride to the venue?

Answer

Yes — if you are coming from Red Lodge! You'll need to call our driver and schedule your ride the day before the wedding. Call at 406-661-1781 Please note that you must reserve the ride to the wedding the day before; the driver may not be able to accommodate you if you call the day of the wedding.

Question

What is there to do in Red Lodge?

Answer

Hike! Fish! Eat! Shop! A few of our favorite ideas include... - Drive the Beartooth pass. Unforgettable views, pullouts for photos, and hundreds of trailheads. - Find a trail. The mountains surrounding Red Lodge have trails for every ability. Whether you're looking for a quarter-mile meander or a rugged mountain peak ascent, you'll find something for you. Bonus points if you hike to Line Lake; that's where we got engaged! - Go fishing on Rock Creek, Greenough Lake, or Wild Bill Lake. - Eat. We love Foster & Logan's, One-Legged Magpie, and Piccola Cucina. - Shop. Main Street has plenty of touristy mountain shops and an infamous candy store!
