No, please wear whatever you are most comfortable in for an outdoor wedding in June!

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes, please join us for a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony on the back patio of the manor. For those of you who take the shuttle from the hotel, the shuttle will be available to take you to the reception location following the cocktail hour. The reception location (Winchester Opera House) is approximately one mile from the ceremony location (Moundale Manor).

Please arrive at the ceremony before 5:45 pm.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The Winchester Beer Cheese festival is happening the same day of the wedding in downtown Winchester from 10 am - 5 pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is shuttle service from the DoubleTree by Hilton at 2601 Richmond Rd in Lexington to the ceremony. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at approximately 4:30 pm and leave the reception for service back to the hotel at approximately 10:30 pm.
