Just when we were about to give up on finding “the one,” God stepped in—right on time. We met online in the most unexpected way, and from our very first FaceTime, we both knew this was something special. The one of the first times we met in person was at church—serving meals to families to help raise money for the youth group. It was a day full of joy, purpose, and (as it turns out) destiny. From that moment on, we’ve shared laughter, tears, late-night talks, and countless hugs that have only brought us closer. Though we come from completely different worlds—Kenza from Morocco, Walt from the U.S.—we’ve found unity in the most beautiful way: through our faith in Jesus and our love for each other. Walt’s family welcomed Kenza with open arms and hearts, making her feel like one of their own from the very beginning. Every step of our story has been guided by God’s hand, and we’re so grateful to be walking into this new chapter as husband and wife—together.
