Wedding Party

Just a small introduction to the people who will be walking down with us and standing by our sides. These amazing people have played big parts in our personal lives and our life together.

Tori Hawkins

Maid of Honor

Tori and I met early in the year of 2024 right after Kenyon left on deployment. She has been a wonderful friend (and neighbor!) from the very beginning. From keeping me busy while Kenyon was gone to not leaving my side for days after a huge loss. We enjoy having our "fake news nights" just about weekly where we get together to unload, have dinner, do manicures and watch silly romance movies or sitcoms like the classic 'Gilmore Girls'. Having Tori up the road from me was convenient circumstance but having her as the best friend I didn't know I needed is a blessing. I am so thankful for her and happy to have her by my side on this day!

Serenity Delgado

Matron of Honor

I have known Serenity for almost 15 years, we have been best friends since grade school. No matter the distance and time between us we can always connect like before. Serenity's family owns one of the largest cattle ranches in Southern California, AKA my home away from home where we would spend our time riding the horses fearlessly up and down the canyon, practicing gymkhana events, and chasing cattle down. I always have Serenity to thank for introducing me to Barrel Racing but more importantly, being the first to tell me the Gospel and help me understand the love of Jesus. Whenever I need someone to talk to about anything at all, she is always there for me and she always reminds me why it is so important to keep God in the center of my life. Serenity has always been an inspiration to me, a sister in Christ and the greatest friend I could ask for. I am beyond blessed and thrilled to have her with me through it all.

Evelyn Sorentino

Bridesmaid

This friendship started off in a circumstantial type of way. Evelyn originally hired me to ride one of her not so friendly mares. Eventually this lead from showing up to ride to just having lunch and chatting. We have raced all over California together, helped each other when and wherever needed, survived together in the heart of apple valley on "the compound" and built a bond to last throughout the time spent. 7 years later and states away that friendship remains strong. Hopefully one day we will be neighbors again in Georgia!

Samantha Ekstrom

Bridesmaid

I have happened to know this gal since birth, grew up in the same house, shared everything, bickered and loved, what are sisters for! Of course, I could fill this page with great memories of our entire lives together but rather I'll keep it short and sweet. Shes not just my sister but a great lifelong friend, full of advice and comforting when needed. Our conversations range from weekly rants, long spiritual talks or saying nothing at all for 3 hours. All in all, I know I can always count on my big(by 12 minutes!) sis. I am beyond thankful to have Samantha by my side on this day and to have her support.

Olivia Mello

Bridesmaid

We became friends just about 8 years ago through mutual friends. Oliva and I hit it off right away like we've been pals our whole lives. Through the hills of Norco, the high desert and the beaches we rode our horses all over having great times and creating everlasting memories. Oliva is caring and kind, I am lucky to have a friend like her.

Kiley Kingsford

Bridesmaid

Kiley and I met at the same bible study Kenyon and I met at (obviously where great relationships are created. She instantly became a great friend I could talk to about anything, hang out with whenever or just chill and say/do nothing at all. Kiley has been supportive and inspiring through my journey with the Lord, she was always around asking me to hang while Kenyon was deployed, and her love for God and others is a light in the dark. Having her by myside on this big day is a blessing.

Rockey (Rockafurd)

Ring Bearer

Rockey is a good ole boy who has been with Saralynn since he was three days old. In 2015 he was found separated away from the litter and became Saralynn's best doggo. Rockey has been on every adventure, turn and move. He holds a huge part in her heart. The day Rockey met Kenyon he was attached and agreed to allow him into the pack right away. It only makes sense that our good boy is the keeper of the rings that will unite them.

Katie Strickland

Best Woman

The grooms sister. Kiddo. Best in the world. Kind woman with a deep heart for animals and others. Shes been there with me since day one. Well, her day one, at least. Whether its cross country road trips or just grabbing a snowcone around the corner, or, I guess, marrying the love of my life, I'm always happy to have her there supporting me.

Tim Peterson

Groomsman

Tim and I have know each other practically since my first day in the navy. We started flight school together in Pensacola, had an interesting introduction to the military's international relations, and the hit it off right after that. Known to show up with various cast iron baked cornbread experiments to nearly any party he's invited to. Crack pilot and wilderness explorer extraordinaire, Tim is always looking for an adventure. PS, if you're looking for a Mussel Man, Tims your guy

Nathan Merrill

Groomsman

GQ Whidbey Island Himself. This man is a walking, well-dressed ray of sunshine, whose style is only outmatched by his zest for life. If I need fashion tips - hes my guy. If I'm hiking a mountain, or looking for a sensational, hole in the wall spot to eat- Yep, I'm going to him again. He's a true renaissance man. When I first moved here, I heard his name often but didn't know him, which was all foreshadowing of the man I would come to call my close friend. Proverbs 18:24 was written about him. The real deal

Dustin Reynolds

Groomsman

A fellow Virginia dude, and a fellow NFO, you know right off the bat he's a great guy. Master of woodworking, outdoor enthusiast, and classic motorcyclist, he's the man's man. You name it, he can probably do it. A true master of his craft - Ron Swanson would be jealous. Loyal through thick and thin, and I can't recall a single moment he hasn't had a smile on his face for it. One of the most genuine people I have ever met. Combine that with his epic hairstyles, this man is an unstoppable force. Don't believe me? Just ask to see his drivers license

Shane Johnson

Groomsman

A walking safe space. International man of mystery. Dapper fellow. The sheer number of things he has done or can do never ceases to amaze me, yet always seems to fit. Boyfriend of the Maid of Honor, Saralynn told me all about him while I was deployed, said "ive met your new best friend," assuming she meant we would have to be due to her and Tori's friendship. Well, first time we met, we talked for approximately 5 hours in the bitter Washington winter cold. So yeah, no surprise, Saralynn was right. Phenomenal guy, he does it all, from musical theater to ballistics, and everything in between

Dallas Brodt

Groomsman/Flower Dude

the Man, the Myth, the Legend; a dude so cool they named a city after him. One of Saralynns first good friends on the island, and the first friend of hers I met, Dallas truly has a heart of gold. This Pit Viper, Fu Manchu stud is the epitome of Freedom and Americana. He'll whoop you in a game of pool, ride circles around you on a dirtbike, but he's the first guy to show up at 2am when you call. Or, as some would know, chase you through Oak Harbor just to toss a freshly made burrito into your truck on the way to work. You'd be hard pressed to find a better friend than him

For all the days along the way
