When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by May 30, 2026. Your response helps us plan seating, food, and other important details for our celebration. If you know you will be attending, feel free to RSVP as soon as possible. Early responses are greatly appreciated. If we do not receive an RSVP by the deadline, we will unfortunately be unable to accommodate you, as final arrangements will already be in place. Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping us make our day special. We can not wait to celebrate with you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code Yes. Our wedding attire is dressy casual. We invite guests to dress comfortably while still looking polished and put together. Sundresses, casual dresses, or cocktail dresses are perfect for women. For men, khakis or dress pants paired with button-down shirts or polos are great options. Wedding Colors: Emerald Green, Champagne Gold, Black, and Blush. Guests are welcome to wear colors that complement our wedding palette, but it is not required. We kindly ask that guests avoid jeans, athletic wear, and overly casual attire. Please also avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream, as these colors are reserved for the bride. Thank you for celebrating with us in style and comfort. We can’t wait to celebrate with you on July 18, 2026!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be clearly indicated when you RSVP. We kindly ask that guests do not bring additional dates or guests unless they are listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us celebrate in a way that allows us to be fully present with our closest family and friends.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be primarily an adults only celebration. Children are welcome for guests traveling from out of town, as we completely understand the need for flexibility. However, after a certain time during the reception, the evening will transition to adults only. We kindly ask that parents plan accordingly and appreciate your understanding as we create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. Thank you so much for your love and support.

What Time Should I Arrive? We kindly ask guests to arrive 45 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow ample time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly, so please plan accordingly to ensure you do not miss any special moments.

We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time, as the ceremony will begin promptly. To avoid disruptions, late arrivals will not be able to enter the ceremony once it has started. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to plan accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

At this time, we will not be providing transportation to and from the hotels and the ceremony. Guests are welcome to use personal vehicles or rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft. We recommend planning ahead to ensure timely arrival.

Will There Be an Open Bar? No. Our wedding will feature a cash bar for guests who wish to purchase alcoholic beverages. The bar accepts cash, major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. Drink prices vary, but most beverages range from approximately $5–$10. Complimentary water, tea, lemonade, and soft drinks will be available during the reception. We look forward to celebrating with you!
