Countdown to Forever!

Our love story began with a tackle and a touchdown! At a Super Bowl party in 2022, we found ourselves rooting for opposite teams. A die-hard Bengals fan and a bandwagon Rams fan locked eyes after a series of cheering and shouting but it wasn’t until the 3rd quarter before we decided to strike up a conversation that would change our lives forever. As we shared our love for the game, we were pleasantly surprised that we each had a passion for sports. We laughed about how terrible some teams were and traded jokes about the Cowboys. Our conversation continued on to what we call our “first date” as we talked for hours at a local Mexican restaurant. We both knew there was something special about our connection. We exchanged phone numbers and from that moment forward, our love story began to unfold. They say love can be found in unexpected places, and for us, it was during a Super Bowl game. As we prepare to start our next chapter, we make it a point to remember how we met and a promise to enjoy simple things together like watching football games.
