Some things that start in high school, are meant to last a life time. Cheers, to all the high school sweethearts and to a lifetime of happiness for Javier and Kenya.

Javier begins the morning of August 18,2023 by "randomly" playing Que mas puedo pedir by Carin Leon", one of Kenya's favorite songs. The day was adventure filled, start to finish. From the crisp air during our horseback ride to the sweet aromas from the lunch at the winery. A perfect finish at the wilderness safari park. Or so Kenya was thinking. Javier on the other hand, was plotting the actual perfect ending to the day. With the help of their two closest high-school friends, Yaneisi and Juan, Javier had to be sure that everything was prefect. To give Juan and Yaneisi enough time, Javier insisted of a liquor stop and a visit to the beautiful winery next door. Everything had to be perfect. The drive towards the cabin had Javier feeling the most pressure in the world. While Kenya was happy to be stocked on some good wine after a perfect day with her soon to be husband. Javier rushes to grab the "wine" from his back seat and begins to follow Kenya up the stairs. Kenya opens the door and SURPRISE ... rose petals on the ground, candles lit up, Que mas Puedo Pedir by Carin Leon playing in the background...... at the end of the trail... her better half since high school is on one knee asking Kenya to be his better half but for life.
