Will there be a cocktail hour before the reception?

Yes, the cocktail "hour" will start at 6:30 pm in the Orangery. The reception will start at 7 pm; please arrive promptly.

What is the dress attire?

Formal attire for both the ceremony and the reception (i.e. long gowns and suits).
