Upon planning our wedding, we had some big choices to make and roles to fill: bridesmaids and groomsmen, plus a maid of honor and best man, or however it goes...
But we decided "maid of honor" sounds a lot like "mom of honor," and there are a lot of moms... AND dads out there who have been through different chapters of our unfolding story together. So we decided to highlight them on this day and have them play an important role in the wedding, just as they have in our lives.
