He has kept us both sane at some of the most difficult times in our lives, he has laughed and danced with us not to mention had deep philosophical conversations, whether we wanted to or not. He brought us back to his boat in 2017, he knew all along we were meant to be.

Kent and Ish met at a bar, bonded over Tom Petty, and they’ve been writing songs and jamming together ever since. And now that she joined the band, we’re all rocking out together. Ish makes everyone feel welcome and is genuinely interested in listening to what you have to say.

Paso Robles birthday party for Matty oh so many years ago. One of those moments when you meet somebody and you can’t believe you haven’t known them before that moment. She matches my crazy and that’s pretty calming. Just one of those people that when you see her you can’t stop smiling and you know it’s gonna be a good day.

Cas and Kent met in high school and became great friends right from the start. Whether it was finding a hilltop to drink beer and talk girls or starting fights with an entire opposing football team, they were thick as thieves and like brothers. So many good times from dances and parties to nightclubs and street corner kick backs with a bottle in hand. They’ve been through a lot together and are still great buds to this day.

Although Amy met Faith at The Dome, they really bonded in Portland Oregon. Amy called the only person she knew in Portland other than her family, her ex, Faiths current. Faith was skeptical but was told that they would get along so she gave Amy a chance anyways. Thank goodness she did cause that Ex is gone but we kept each other. Wine tours, dancing, weddings, 24 hour plays, party after party, music videos on the beach, camping trips, playing dress up. She’s never let me down, her laughter is infectious and she brings beauty over and over to the world with her love of art.

Brandon and Amy became acquainted many years ago as a business partnership. From there they became great friends. Kent and Brandon bonded Instantly, and after a beautiful trip to big Bear it was decided that Brandon would be joining our party. Brandon is one of those people who makes you feel that you are so welcome and that he is so excited to see you. He is one of the kindest most gentle men I have met along the way. His has believed in me from the beginning.

Amy met Sande when she enrolled her kids in the Cool Club. It didn’t take long before Amy was in the boat at Malibou Lake enjoying sunsets and dancing the evenings away. There of been too many trips to Big Bear to count, too many dock hops and parties to remember. We have been through some rough patches together only now to end up boat neighbors. Sande is the queen of gathering the good people together. She is a smile, a glass of wine, a dinner or whatever you need to relax and stay awhile.

Dave and Kent met in High school as Dave was drawn to Kents piano rendition of a Depeche Mode song. They quickly found common interested in music and deep conversations about everything from UFOs to politics. Many adventures followed as they travelled around the state camping, hiking and hanging out with good friends. One road trip led them to Sonoma State University. Dave stayed and Kent followed a year later. They went through the college experience together meeting new friends and sharing their love of life. Dave was there when Kent met Amy…one of the first witnesses! Dave has always been a great friend and we have never stopped sharing our passion for life.

What can I say about Gai? He is love. He loves being alive, he loves his family, he loves his friends, he loves the ocean, he loves fishing, he loves people. He loves food. He loves a good time, a good drink. He is a smile and a tightly held hug. He is a deep conversation that always ends in an uplifting. He is grateful and pure. He’s lived a life and has come out on the other side brighter than most. He is a sparkle, he makes any place he enters better. He is love.
