At this time, Separk Mansion is doing everything in its power to keep guests and staff safe and healthy. We have professional cleaners come in and sanitize the mansion in between each event. All tables and chairs are wiped down with a medical-grade cleaner before each event. During the event, all catering, bartending, and Separk staff are required to wear masks. We are allowing for additional space in between tables and chairs to help with social distancing. If events are hosted inside the mansion, we keep all of the french doors open to have plenty of airflow and to allow more people to spread out comfortably. We credit these health and safety measures as the reason we have had no reported cases of COVID from our staff or guests.
Yes. Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided at the venue. The dinner buffet will be served by catering staff, not self-served. To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, we ask that you please stay home if you feel sick, have tested positive for COVID, or have been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID in the two weeks leading up to March 27.
Based on the current CDC guidelines and the recommendations of our state, we anticipate having approximately 100 guests. We can provide a final headcount 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding if requested.
We'd love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by March 3 via the RSVP section of this website.
We love your kids—we really do. But in order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of fun, we have chosen for our wedding weekend to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share in our big day and will enjoy having the weekend off.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Cocktail attire is preferred. We recommend a cocktail dress for the ladies and a suit and tie or a sport coat for the gentlemen. Our ceremony may take place outside on a grassy field, so ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear!
The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM. We ask that all guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find parking and their seats. The Separk team is instructed to not let anyone in or get in the way of any possible photos until after the bride, groom, and bridal party have made their entrance. If you are late, you may be asked to watch from afar, and will not be able to come in until cocktail hour begins.
Yes, there is free parking available on-site at our venue. You may enter the parking area through the driveway to the right of the mansion. Please consider a taxi, Uber, or Lyft if you plan to drink.
