July 12th! Our venue wants to make sure they have plenty of time to plan for the party :-) We are requesting you choose a meal with your RSVP (everything is amazing at Waterloo), but if you change your mind on your choice leading up to the big day, just let us know!
As much as we would have loved to have all the little ones (and not so little ones) celebrate with us, we are keeping it adults only.
Unless it's David Wright or Josh Hart, we ask that it's only who's listed on the invite!
Yes! Please let us know if you have any sort of food allergies so we can let the venue know. They absolutely want to make sure you don't miss out on the amazing menu they have (the chef will make substitutes to accommodate).
There is a large parking lot at the entrance to the venue and there will be golf carts to drive out to the ceremony and reception if you need.
The ceremony starts at 430pm and it will be a quick one (we want more time for cocktail hour, duh) so we recommend getting there by 4pm so you don't miss it! We'll have welcome drinks for all and if you want to come earlier, absolutely do! The grounds are beautiful and we highly recommend checking them out.
Yep! We’ll have some buses shuttling you guys from the Marriott (right next to the Holiday Inn if that’s the hotel you chose instead) to the venue and back after the party. The buses will arrive at the Marriott at 330pm and start shuttling you over at 345pm (its a 15 minute ride over to Waterloo). They will also be picking everyone up after the reception starting at 10pm
It’s August and we know it’ll be hot out, so while we ask you to dress to impress, it’s not a black tie event. Gents, no jackets required. And ladies, think of it as a garden party. We want you to be comfortable while partying!
Duh. We'll be hosting those who wish to continue to hang, at the Residence Inn Marriott (Mt Olive) directly after the wedding. We'll have beers and seltzers available and some sandwiches and snacks. We have the "meeting room" in the hotel until 130am!
