We're getting married!

We have kind of a weird story... We met at the Capitan Mercantile. Kenny was our feed boy. For him it was love at first sight... for me not so much. I made him work for it. I was 16 and he was 18 so that was about 7 years ago? After about 5 years we decided to get serious and look forward at our futures together not apart. And here we are now, engaged and super excited about our wedding.. me more than Kenny. He's more excited for our honeymoon, although he is a little nervous about our plane crashing into the ocean and either drowning or getting eaten by sharks. But hey you only live once!

Let me start from the beginning. We started dating June 6, 2017 and that became such a special day for us. So, Kenny decided to bring out his romantic side and propose on our 2 year anniversary! Kenny took me to the backyard to take a picture, cause I like those, and I see roses leading up to a heart made out of rose petals. He told me he wanted to do something special since you only celebrate your 2 year anniversary once (I would hope so). He propped his phone up on the grill as if to take a photo but he set it up to record, when I was going to check on the phone to see why the flash was not flashing he grabbed me and bent down on one knee. Next thing I know I'm crying, he's crying, I said 'YES' and we were engaged! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you! See you in Ruidoso!
