For the welcome party on Friday - come as you are! The ceremony and reception on Saturday will be cocktail.

Can I bring my children?

While we love your little ones, this is an adult-only celebration. Please reach out to us if you need any help finding childcare for the festivities - we will help you find the best option for your family! Two options that have already been recommended to us in the area are StarShine (starshine-theater.com/weddings) and Snappy Sitters (snappysitters.com).

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will be provided to the ceremony and back from the reception from Black Butte Ranch and Lake Creek Lodge. There is extensive parking at House on Metolius if you choose to drive. If driving, please refer to the map provided in your invitation!

Activities you recommend while in the area?

Answer

We are so excited for you all to experience this place we love so much! There are extensive activities to take advantage of at Black Butte Ranch - swimming, tennis, hiking, kayaking, fishing, biking, horse back riding etc. There are also 2 golf courses on the Ranch as well as bars and restaurants. In Sisters - you can explore the shops and restaurants (we recommend getting a Huckleberry milkshake at Sno Cap). Or travel to bend to float the Deschutes and hop around our favorite breweries. This area has 1.6m acres of pristine forest for some of the best hiking and fishing Oregon has to offer. We can't wait for you to enjoy!
