Welcome to our forever

We were in a mutual friends wedding. We were both in the bridal party. The day of their covid/backyard wedding we kept looking at each other the whole night. & the rest is history. A month from there we were official and 4 years later here we are with our beautiful family.

We were just hanging out at home on the couch, just talking. Rings came up and he mentioned how he had the ring in the room and he was going to get it. Thinking he was kidding I let him go get the ring out of the room. He comes into the hallway and I hear the ring box opening and closing. I am still thinking that he is messing with me and is opening up my sunglasses case because they both sound the same. He comes up to me with his hands behind his back. I'm sitting on the couch holding our sleeping son. He gets on one knee with his hands still behind his back. Again, I am still thinking that he is messing with me. Then before I knew he was giving me the speech and I saw tears form in his eyes and I start nervously giggling. I say "what the fuck!" "OMG" "You're serious!!!" and I start laughing again. He goes "Will you marry me?" and I continue to nervously laugh and trying not to cry as I'm still holding our sleeping son. He did have to ask twice to make sure LOL. That was the day I said yes to the man of my dreams.
