For our Chicago family it’s best to book a flight to Athens and then book a separate flight to Kefalonia. It is typically cheaper this way. For our Texas family its best to book at any large city such as Dallas, Houston, Austin, etc to Athens and then a flight to Kefalonia USA to Athens Greece is about 10-13 hour flight followed by a short one hour flight to the beautiful island of Kefalonia. ORD to Athens United United and American have non stop flights Airfrance and Turkish airlines have one stop lay overs They’re are more options but longer travel times. Dallas/Austin/Houston/the Valley have muliple options with lay overs Athens to Kefalonia October 3 Aegean Airlines 1:20pm—> 2:35pm Sky Express Airlines 12:50pm —>1:55pm October 4 Aegean Airlines 1:20pm—> 2:35pm Sky Express Airlines 12:50pm —>1:55pm
