FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, seating, and settling in. Your timely arrival will help us begin the celebration smoothly and on schedule.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love spending time with your children and are honored to be in their lives! Due to the nature of our venue as an active winery, and in consideration of safety and the ambiance of the event, we respectfully request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. The only exception will be the children of the bridal party. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We love you, but we need to feed you—so please don’t ghost us! Kindly RSVP no later than July 1st so we can save you a seat, a plate, and maybe even a slice of cake.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have arranged two hotel room blocks for your convenience. On-Site Accommodation A limited number of rooms are available at the winery’s on-site hotel. Due to the small capacity, we recommend booking as early as possible if you wish to stay on the property. Additional Hotel Block A second, larger room block is available at a nearby hotel with more availability and the same group rate. Full booking details, including links and reservation deadlines, can be found on our wedding website.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are pleased to offer a variety of meal options to accommodate our guests’ dietary needs, including gluten-free selections. If you have any specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP so we can ensure your meal is prepared accordingly.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle that runs from the Homewood suites to the venue.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men.
