We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 20th, so that we can finalize our count for vendors
Our ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm sharp so we are asking guests to arrive by 3pm to get situated
We love and appreciate all of our guests, and while we are so excited to celebrate with you, due to limited space at our venue, our wedding will be an adult-only event, asides from our wedding party. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for your little ones so you can enjoy the evening to its fullest. We hope this gives all the parents a chance to have a night out to themselves and fully indulge in the fun, dancing, and celebration! Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
While there is no hard set dress code, we encourage guests to fit the overall theme of the wedding, "garden party semi-formal," which means we’re looking for stylish, yet comfortable attire perfect for an outdoor celebration! For women, dresses, skirts, two piece sets, pant suits etc are perfect! Think Floral, light/ pastel colors, lightweight flowy fabrics. One thing to keep in mind for shoes, the entire wedding is outside on grass, so opt for wider heels, wedges, flats or nice sandals. For men, a suit or dress pants with a button-up shirt works well—no need for a full tuxedo, but something a little dressier than casual wear (no jeans). We want everyone to feel comfortable and look fantastic while enjoying the beautiful day with us!
If your invitation includes a plus-one, you’re more than welcome to bring a date. If your invitation is addressed only to you, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can keep our guest list in check due to limited space. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to clarify!
For those traveling from out of town to join us on our special day, there are plenty of great accommodations nearby! You’ll find both hotel and Airbnb options in the charming towns of Gardnerville and Minden. Some recommendations just a short drive from the venue are David Walley's Resort, Carson Valley Inn, and the Holiday Inn Express. Or, if you're looking for a a more mountainous vibe, South Lake Tahoe is only a short 30-minute drive away offering a wide range of options from chain casinos to boutique hotels and cozy cabin Airbnbs. Some Tahoe recommendations include Bally's, Harrah's, and Harveys, or for a unique "camp" feel, Basecamp South Lake Tahoe offers a charming and adventurous stay. Whether you prefer a local hotel or a peaceful mountain retreat, there are plenty of options to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as the celebration itself!
