Our Story
Like many great love stories in today's age, this one started with a swipe right.
In August 2020, Kenny and Avery met for dinner at Forno in downtown Columbus. What was supposed to be a first date quickly turned into hours of conversation, lots of laughter, and the start of something special. There was no “talking stage" - they were best friends from day one. Avery even met Kenny's parents on the first date!
In 2022, they took a leap of faith and moved to St. Petersburg, FL. In their nearly 6 years together, they've lived in three cities, added a cat and a dog, and built a life full of adventure (and plenty of beach days).
On April 10, 2026, Kenny planned Avery’s dream proposal, complete with a beach sunset, photographer, and the perfect ring.
And while Avery gets her happily ever after, Kenny gets a lifetime of Family Guy reruns, Sopranos quotes, and Thurman Burgers. We'd say he got the better deal.
