Kenny and I first saw each other on tinder. A simple swipe lead to a very long time trying to convince me to actually hang out with him. Kenny would ask me out on dates and I would agree to hang out. To only then cancel on him last minute, because I was too nervous. It took three long weeks to finally convince me to hangout with him, even then I wanted to cancel. I went to my mom because her and I where always so close and I told her everything. She said "Aubrey what's the worst that can happen, you guys are going to a public place, and if you don't like him you don't have to go out again!" So I listened to my mom and drove to the bowling alley. If anyone knows me they know how crappy I am at math. Kenny was beating me by a little in bowling and I tried to figure the difference of our added bowling games to see how far behind him I was, well i subtracted wrong and got the wrong number. Kenny then made fun of me the rest of the night about my awful math skills. Since our first date we have been inseparable. It took Kenny three months of constantly going on dates and spending our down time together, to finally ask me to be his girlfriend! To be fair its kind of karma for canceling our dates for three weeks. During the three month span before he asked me out we found out so much about each other. We found that our families have always been right next to each other our whole lives. I grew up military so I moved a lot and never met his family formally. Kennys Mom use to work with my nan, and Kennys Dad would always go to the auctions my pap would hold. At the time my mom and dad and Kennys Mom all worked together at Lowes! Even though Kenny and I were strangers when we first met I believe fate had our names written in the stars together!
