Our love story begins long before we ever knew it would become one. We went to the same high school, rode the same bus every day, and shared the same hallways yet we were just two familiar faces in passing. He was friends with my brother, Jalery but our paths never truly crossed beyond that. Life carried us forward in different directions, but as God would have it, our paths crossed again in his timing. Four and a half years ago, I decided to “shoot my shot” and sent him a DM on Instagram because I knew exactly what and who I wanted. From that day on, our story began to truly flourish and we have become inseparable.
