Is there a dress code?

Cocktail/ Formal Attire Requested. Please feel free to bring a change of shoes, as we will have a Shoe Check as well as a Coat Check. Our venue has a strict "barefoot" policy.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely. Please make a note on your RSVP, should you have any allergies.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking on-site with complimentary Valet. Overnight parking is also allowed.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #KennedyWentHeadOverHills so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Also remember we are an UNPLUGGED ceremony.

Can we request a song?

Answer

Absolutely. Please let the Bride and Groom know in advance as we will be submitting a preferred song list to the band prior to the wedding.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. The entire venue is wheelchair accessible, with outdoor ramps as well as an elevator for everyone's convenience.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We are asking for an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony as we are leaving it up to the professionals.
