When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 18, 2025. Please RSVP whether you can or cannot attend. When you RSVP, please make sure you fill out the option to request a song for the reception. We want you to add you personalized touch to our day!

Can I bring a plus one or additional guests to your wedding?

Answer

We sincerely hope you can join us. Please note that our gust list is limited to those addressed on the invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please park by the Levenson Shelter. There is about 100 yard walk to the venue from the parking area. Parking is very, very minimal near Camp Russel- we ask that you leave these spots for the bridal party and the parents of the bride and groom.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony between 2:45pm and 3:20pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm and we ask that you not interrupt the ceremony.

What kind of food and beverages will be served at the Reception?

Answer

For food, we will be having BBQ. The meat options will be pulled pork, brisket, and chicken. The sides will be mac 'n cheese, green beans and a side salad. There will be light appetizers for cocktail hour: a meat and cheese and fruit tray. For beverages, the non-alcoholic options will be Pepsi, Mt. Dew, Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, Water, Juice Jugs (for the kids), and Sweet Tea and Lemonade (from the dispensers). For alcohol, we will have Bud Light, Miller Light, Michelob Ultra, Pink Moscato, White Reisling, Red Merlot, Vodka, Spiced Rum and Whiskey (minimal mixers). If there isn't anything to your liking for the menu or drink options, please feel free to bring your own (our feelings will not be hurt).
