Yes! We have rooms blocked off from 9/15-9/19/2022. You just need to call the hotel listed on the "Accommodations" page of this website and mention you are with the Kennedy/Vaz block for the discount. They must be reserved by August 25th.
With your invitation you will see a note at the bottom to fill in how many guests are coming. It will look like "blank/2". This means you will fill in how many guests including yourself are coming. In this example the max people that can come from your party would be 2 including yourself.
We would prefer guests arrive no later than 6pm to enjoy the champagne welcome and be seated and ready for the ceremony.
Yes! However, we respectfully ask that you only bring children that are specifically noted on your invitation.
Yes! A shuttle will be provided for all guests at 5:30pm from the hotel to the venue and again at 12:20am from the venue to the hotel.
