FAQs

Question

When Do I RSVP By?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by July 20th so that we can make adjustments accordingly.

Question

Where Do I Park?

Answer

Ample parking will be available at the venue, with a large lot near the north building and surrounding the B4Church campus. Please allow additional time to park, socialize, and settle into a seat prior to the ceremony, we don't want anyone getting jammed up outside! Additional signage directing guests from the parking lot up to the second floor Loft will be posted, as well as an attendant for further questions.

Question

When Do I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 1pm. Please arrive by 12:45 to ensure all can find a seat without interruption.

Question

What Do I Wear?

Answer

Our wedding calls for formal attire, but no need to bring the entire 3 piece suit! If it’s something you would wear to an Easter service or a business lunch, that will do the trick. Please avoid white dresses, denim, t-shirts, shorts, or flip flops.

Question

Will a Meal Be Provided?

Answer

Our wedding is taking place midday, right between lunch and dinner. However, we will be providing a full taco bar during the reception, alongside a variety of beverages. We will also have a coffee cart serving espresso drinks with all the flavors, please enjoy at your leisure throughout the reception!

Question

May I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

We can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invite and RSVP.

Question

Are Children Invited?

Answer

While we dearly love your kiddos, we are asking guests to refrain from bringing children unless they are specifically named on your invitation and RSVP. We hope this will make for a well-deserved night off for parents!

Question

May I Take Photos?

Answer

It is a day that will surely be remembered, and we have a fantastic photographer tasked with capturing the full day. As a wedding photographer, Ethan knows that sometimes phones can spoil the “money shot” and cause those tasked with photography to not be able to do their jobs. Please ensure that your phone is put away (not aimed down the aisle or visible during the event) and on silent for the ceremony to mitigate distractions throughout the day.

For all the days along the way
