Samantha and John first met in the fall of 2014 at Saint Anselm College. Freshman year, John lived in "Dom" the boys dorm. One night, Samantha and her friends were visiting Dom before going to "Uppers" a.k.a upper campus. John was across the hall in his backwards Bulls flat hat. The two became acquaintances and then friends. They had many late nights at C-shop, binge watched "Friends", and just enjoyed each others company! Before they knew it they were in love. Over the past 9 years, Samantha and John have experienced both the best and hardest parts of life together. They support each other and find the good in each day. Samantha and John enjoy eating at new restaurants, visiting breweries and wineries, watching crime shows, listening to music together, going to the beach, cozy nights in, and spending time with family and friends. In February, John surprised Samantha on the coldest day of the year, well... the coldest day in the last 20 years according to several weather reporters. He offered to buy her cannolis in the North End. She bundled up and went begrudgingly. Little did she know, John had something very special planned. After cannolis, John walked her over to the waterfront and popped the question! 9 years together and forever to go❤️
