What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “No,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event (besides family) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses are ideal! The terrain is uneven so consider bringing flats or comfortable footwear.

Are the ceremony and reception going to be held in different venues?

Answer

Yes. Our ceremony and reception will be held at different locations. Please check the "Schedule" tab for addresses and start times for our big day.

Is there a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle; we strongly urge guests to carpool and/or Uber. Parking is available, but limited to street parking.

How do I get to the reception venue?

209 E. ARCHER STREET Please find either street parking or park in the Bank of Oklahoma lot across the street.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. However, we will be taking photos with our families and friends in a nearby park so, depending on the weather, an umbrella might be brought along.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Octobers in Oklahoma can bring unpredictable weather. We recommend bringing a light jacket, umbrella, and appropriate footwear in the event of rain.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the families and wedding party will be taking photos in a park near the reception venue for around an hour. After that, we will all head to Glacier Confections and kickoff our reception together! *In order to receive any alcohol, guests must bring a valid photo ID.*

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course! We encourage all of our guests to post pictures on to their social media channels using the hashtag #KennedyCollins2020 so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Our only request is that you do not impede our photographer.
