Summer Evening Semi-Formal We kindly ask guests to dress in formal evening attire — suits or tuxedos for gentlemen and dresses or tailored dress suits for ladies. Color palette: We invite guests to wear formal attire in elevated earthy and mountain-inspired tones such as black, forest green, emerald, espresso, charcoal, champagne, taupe, rust, and muted neutrals. While other colors are certainly welcome, we encourage guests to embrace the natural tones of the setting.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. While days are typically warm at the end of summer, mountain evenings can become cool quickly. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening festivities.
Yes! There is a parking lot on site. Handicap spots are available as well. The venue offers a golf cart shuttle to the ceremony site as well for those who may need it.
Yes! Dinner will be served at the reception. We have a fixed meal that everyone will be getting unless there are dietary restrictions. Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies when submitting your RSVP so we can accommodate you as best as possible.
Yes, we will be serving three signature cocktails along with an assortment of beer, seltzers and wine. Soft drinks, coffee, tea, water, and lemonade will also be available. Drinks will be served during cocktail hour and the bar will open when the reception begins.
Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding and celebrating with us!
Yes — babies and infants are welcome as long as they do not require their own seat or meal. We completely understand the challenges of traveling with little ones and want families to feel comfortable celebrating with us.
If your plans change after submitting your RSVP, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can update our guest count with the venue and vendors.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. As we begin this next chapter together, we’ve chosen to create a honeymoon fund in place of a traditional registry for those who wish to contribute.
