When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date specified we will assume that you are unable to attend. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal or cocktail attire. Also, a gentle reminder that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, so dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30, so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you do not miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book, & find your seat!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present and for our photographer and videographer to be able to capture the best pictures/videos which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Can I bring a guest?

We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. Only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accomodated. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking available at Ashford Acres.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we are able to plan accordingly. Thank you so much!
