Question

What are your plans with COVID-19?

Answer

At this time with COVID-19 being very unpredictable it is still very possible that things will be changing as we get closer to our special day! We will be very diligent in keeping all of you informed of any big changes. Additionally there will be sanitizing stations places around the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses or dress pants and a blouse, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a button up. Be comfortable, be you and have fun!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time and be seated by quarter til.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible would be the most helpful, please try to RSVP by August.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving a pizza buffet with side dishes and salad. Gluten free crust will be available, along with vegan and vegetarian options.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony area is in a flat grassy area while the reception is concrete. No stairs for easy accessibility.

Answer

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! A parking tenant will help you upon arrival. Please note that no cars are aloud on the lot over night or they will be towed by the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’d love to see your kiddos there! Please add them to the RSVP if they plan to attend.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held out doors and right next to the reception which is held under a tent.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged! Which means please no cell phones or cameras until the reception. We would like for everyone to be present and in the moment! But please feel free to take all of the pictures your heart desires during the reception.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

Our reception is rescheduled to end at 9pm as we have to be cleared out by 10pm.
