When and where is the wedding?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception are on Thursday, December 18th, 2025. Please refer to your invitation for the venue name and address. The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. Please arrive by 3:00 PM to get seated.

What’s the dress code?
Answer
Please dress in Formal attire. ATTN: LADIES!! **PLEASE DO NOT WEAR WHITE DRESSES OR ANYTHING CLOSE TO WHITE** Since it’s in December, plan for cooler temps—bring a coat/wrap, and consider block heels/boots, as the ceremony will be outside in the grass.

Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony will be outdoors. The reception is both indoors and outdoors. We’ll have heaters/blankets/shade/rain plan if needed.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive by 3:00 PM to park, check in, use the bathroom, and find your seat. The ceremony starts promptly at 4:00 PM. Do not be late.

How do I RSVP?

Use the QR Code on the invitation or head to the RSVP tab on our Zola site and respond ASAP.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
We’re keeping things intimate. If your invitation lists a guest, they’re included—otherwise, we’re not able to accommodate additional plus-ones. Thanks for understanding!

Please check your invite for who’s included, but please make sure you and your family are respectful during the ceremony.

If you prefer, our honeymoon fund is on Zola under the Registry tab. We’ll also have a card box at the reception.

Where should I stay? Do you have hotel blocks?

We are looking into hotel blocks in the area. Updates for this will be shown in the Travel tab on our Zola site. Updates will also be emailed out to you.

How do I get to the venue? Is there parking?
Answer
In today's world, there is varying technology that can help with this journey. For example, if you type in the address on Google Maps, it will show you how to get there in REAL TIME. Use technology of this magnitude at your own risk. SkyNet. Need I say more? On-site parking is $100/hour, or free, whichever you prefer. Rideshare drop-off is at the venue where we are getting married. We are considering shuttle pickups and dropoffs. Stay tuned. Emails will be sent for updates.

Is the venue accessible?
Answer
Yes and no. It is mostly on flat land. There are a few steps here and there, but nothing that we can't figure out. If you have any specific inquiries regarding this, please get in touch with us directly.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

This is a preset buffet style menu. We unfortunately cannot accommodate any specific dietary restrictions. Please get in touch with us if you have any inquiries about this.

Can I take photos or post on social media?
Answer
We’re doing an unplugged ceremony—please keep phones away until you are advised to take them out to take photos. We will have professional photographers and videographers taking all the pictures and videos of the ceremony, and these will be beautifully done and will be available shortly after the wedding is over.

Is smoking (cigarettes/cigars/vape/weed/anything) allowed?
Answer
NO NO NO 1. The bride is allergic. 2. There will be kids. 3. There are animals on site. 4. You are killing yourself. 5. We do not want the smell anywhere near the venue. If you "need" to smoke, please ONLY use UNSCENTED vape. This can only be used in the parking lot of the venue. Nowhere else. Please note: vaping is just as bad if not worse for you than smoking cigarettes. Thanks.

Average daily temperatures range from a high of 69 down to a low of 52. We’ll have heaters, fireplaces, and indoor space to keep you comfy.
