We’re so excited to celebrate with you! To maintain an intimate gathering, we kindly ask that only those addressed on the invitation attend, and we request no children. Thank you for your understanding. If this presents any difficulties, we completely understand if you’re unable to join us.
RSVPs are due by July 10th. Please make sure to respond by then so we can plan accordingly!
Please let us know if there are any special dietary requirements, and we will try our best to accommodate that.
The ceremony starts at 5:30 pm sharp. Seating for guests will open at 5. Please arrive no later than 4:44. If you are unable to make the ceremony by the scheduled arrival time, please wait until the ceremony is redirected to the cocktail hour.
Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. Carpooling is encouraged.
Parking will be along the west side of Louie’s Landing, which is located at the end of our road. A shuttle will pick up guests where Bow Bend trail meets Louie’s Landing to take guests to the venue sight. This shuttle will be operating from 4:30 until 4:44. The venue is a short walk from the parking location, but keep in mind this is an outdoor venue, and therefore walking trails are a mixture of sand, dirt, and grass.
There will be an additional celebratory reception held in Louisiana on September 20. More details to come soon on this.
