How I met Kenny… I got an invite to a Houston Rockets game and I decided to go because I had a cute outfit to wear. As I was at the concession stand, I spotted Kenny and I couldn’t take my eyes off of him. He approached me later on and I gave him my number and we met up during half time. We spent the whole half time & 3rd quarter talking. Most of it was him trying to convince me to go out with him that night, which it eventually did work. After the game, I had the time of my life just talking and getting to know each other. I spent most of my days at work or talking to him through FaceTime since he lived 6 hours away from me. A few weeks later I took my very first flight to him and the rest is history. We made it official February 7th, 2023 and now here we are with a healthy & happy marriage and our beautiful babygirl. I love to say that it was only God who brought us together because who would have ever thought we would share the love we have today! How did I meet Kennedy?…. Well I went to the Rockets game and I felt like somebody was staring at me. So I turned while I was walking down the hallway and there she was just eyeballing the hell out of me! Then she looked me up and down and where I’m from if somebody do that they’re sizing you. So yeah, I thought that girl was crazy. So I walked away and didn’t say anything to her.. and then I thought well what if I’m wrong. I came back around, got her number, and next thing I know I got a ring on my finger and a baby girl whose smile lights up a whole room. Life is filled with wonders and miracles, and never did I believe that this miracle, this girl, would be the greatest blessing I could ever receive in life.
