FAQs

Question

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please RSVP as soon as possible, with the final date to RSVP being April 1st, 2026. Kindly note that we will not be able to accept late RSVPs, as we must provide our guest count to our vendors.

Question

May I bring a guest not included on my invitation?

Answer

We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. We’re truly grateful for your love and support as we begin this new chapter together.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black, Black Tie We’d love for our guests to join us in a formal black tie celebration, all in classic black. Ladies are encouraged to wear black floor-length or ankle-length dresses, while gentlemen can either wear a black or navy tuxedo or suit. If you’d like some inspiration or outfit ideas, please visit the dress code section on our website. Please stray away from white, cream, colors, jeans, button-downs, and polos.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be limited to those named on the invitation so that everyone can enjoy the evening. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night as this is an adult only event!

Question

Are the ceremony & reception at the same place?

Answer

No! The ceremony will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church (4500 Duxhall Dr, Lincoln, NE 68516), and the reception will be at Venue 5 Twenty-Two (1525 Yankee Hill Rd, Lincoln, NE 68512).

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving 30 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to settle in before the ceremony begins. We will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. The doors will close at 2:55 p.m. so the wedding party may prepare for their processional.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

Please view the 'Stay' tab on the home page for hotel accommodations.
