When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible - The last day to RSVP is August 7th, 2025 & when we have to provide a final guest count to our vendors.

Please arrive to the ceremony by 3:45pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

yes! the dress code for the wedding day is formal. but, don't let this hold you back from wearing something fun - we can't wait to see everyone all dressed up! The ceremony will also take place on grass, so keep that in mind when choosing a heel.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

yes! for the ceremony, please park in the free Dovercourt community centre parking lot. this is a 1 minute walk from the ceremony.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

we are providing transportation from the ceremony/cocktail hour to the reception! there is no pre-arranged transportation to/from the hotel or at the end of the night. please arrange ubers or call up your favourite cab driver!

how do I book a room in the block of rooms?

Answer

you can call the hotel directly & let them know you are part of the Wotherspoon block and use the reservation code 5195009. You can also book on the Lord Elgin website and use the same code.
