FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 10th so we can finalize numbers with our venue and vendors. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for a welcome and to settle in.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal / cocktail attire. Dresses, jumpsuits, button-downs, and dress pants are all great choices. Look good, feel good, and still be ready to hit the dance floor!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Having you celebrate with us is truly the greatest gift. We have chosen not to create a traditional registry, but if you feel inclined to give, contributions toward our honeymoon are warmly welcomed and deeply appreciated.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly and consider footwear for grass/uneven ground. However, everything else will be held indoors. In case of bad or any unexpected weather ceremony will be held indoors at the venue.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Question

Does the bar accept debit / cash?

Answer

Our cocktail hour and reception will be a cash ONLY bar. There will be an ATM on site should anyone forget to have cash with them.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Our family and friends currently have filled up all of the rooms and cottages at The Lakes Resort. However, we will have limited taxi transportation available if needed, and we encourage guests to coordinate rides and accommodations with friends and family when possible.
