FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

All guests are kindly requested to RSVP after receiving their formal invitation so we can finalize our guest count. To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab on our website and enter your name. All invited guests in your party will appear, allowing you to indicate whether each guest is attending or declining. You will also be prompted to select a dinner option as part of your reception RSVP. If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, it is greatly appreciated and very helpful as we plan our celebration. The final day to RSVP is March 1, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, your response will be marked as declining. While we will truly miss celebrating with you, we must provide our final guest count to our vendors by this time.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend guests to begin arriving around 6:15 PM to allow time to get settled before the ceremony begins. When you arrive, please come into the resort lobby, where event staff will be ready to greet you and help escort you to the ceremony location on the beach. We can’t wait to share this special moment with you as the sun begins to set!

Question

Where is the ceremony & reception?

Answer

The wedding will be held at Casa Marina Resort in Key West, Florida. The ceremony will take place on East Beach, followed by cocktail hour on the East Beach lawn, and then the reception back on East Beach.

Question

What is the attire for the welcome dinner?

Answer

Guests are invited to wear relaxed beach-inspired attire for the welcome dinner. The evening will take place both indoors and outdoors on the patio, so we recommend comfortable yet polished outfits suited to a coastal setting. Men may consider lightweight trousers or dress slacks with collared shirts, and women may opt for midi dresses, flowy skirts paired with tops, or dressy jumpsuits.

Question

What is the attire for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Guests are kindly requested to dress in beach formal attire. As both the ceremony and reception will take place on the sand, we recommend beach-appropriate footwear. We invite guests to wear tropical-inspired colors that complement the setting. Men are encouraged to wear linen or lightweight suits, or tailored jackets with slacks and button-down shirts. Women are encouraged to wear floor-length or midi-length dresses.

Question

What Is the plan in the event of inclement weather?

Answer

Should inclement weather occur, the ceremony and reception will be held at the same scheduled times indoors in the East Beach Ballroom at Casa Marina Resort.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly ask that you join us in being fully present during our ceremony by turning off all phones and cameras. The greatest gift you can give us is your presence as we say “I do!" We’ve hired wonderful professionals to capture every moment, and we can’t wait to share the photos with you afterward. Once the ceremony concludes, please feel free to take all the photos and videos you’d like!

Question
