We're getting Married!!

We met at my brothers pool party in Palm Springs and had a great time hanging out. I bumped my head pretty hard and concussed myself. Brett stepped in, as any Fireman would, and took care of me. After that weekend, he handed me an old receipt with a note written on the back, asking "Would you mind if I called you sometime". After months of chatting on the phone and texting, we knew this was something more.

I wanted Jenna to be as surprised as possible. As we all know, this is a very difficult task. I convinced her to road trip down to Orange County for my father's "Retirement Party". Mind you, he's still FULLY employed. Secretly, I had planned an intimate proposal at the Hill Top Park in Long Beach over looking the coast, our favorite place. I made her an adventure photo book which I said was an early Anniversary gift. While she looked through it, on the last page I took a knee and ask her for her hand. She said 'YES' 3 times. We went to dinner at one of our favorite date night spots, Tantalum's, to celebrate while watching the sunset into the harbor. With one more surprise to go, I hurried Jenna to my Fathers "Retirement party". Jenna led the way up the stairs to the country club to a room filled with all of our Family and Friends ready to celebrate. Let's just say... she still doesn't know how it happened! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. Get ready and grab your passports! See you in Mexico!
