Question

What time should I arrive, and where are we going?

Answer

Please arrive at Shepherd Hills Bible Church by 6:00pm. When you arrive, you are welcome to hang out and mingle inside the church or wait in your car. At 6:15, exactly 15 minutes before the ceremony begins, we will all drive together (about a 9-minute drive) to the actual ceremony site so the ceremony can start promptly at 6:30 PM. Once we arrive at the site, you can find your seats and get ready for entrances!

What should I do if I’m late?

Answer

If you arrive right as things are kicking off, please just wait a moment so you don't interrupt the wedding party during their entrances. As soon as the procession is finished, feel free to find a seat! Alternatively, you are welcome to just wait at the reception venue—whatever makes you most comfortable.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Sunday Best! Think slacks, a nice button-up shirt, dresses, or skirts. Our wedding theme is Enchanted Forest, so if you want to wear colors or styles that you think fit that vibe, we would love to see it!

What will the weather be like? (And is it indoors or outdoors?)

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. Because it’s Wyoming in the fall, the weather should be absolutely beautiful and not too warm at all. We do recommend bringing a light jacket or layers just in case it gets a bit crisp!

What’s on the menu?

Answer

We are serving up some cozy fall comfort food! We will be having stew with all the fixings and sides, along with a delicious dessert table to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

There will be no alcohol at our celebration. We kindly ask that you do not bring any outside alcoholic drinks into the venue. Instead, we will be serving some very special, delicious drinks that are family-friendly for all ages to enjoy!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. How do I let you know?

Answer

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please just reach out and let us know directly via text or email so we can make sure you're taken care of!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through this website by the end of July if possible so we can get our final headcounts together.

Of course! Plus-ones are absolutely welcome.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Absolutely. We would love to have your children celebrate with us!

Where do we park for the ceremony?

Answer

When we drive over to the ceremony site, we will be parking alongside the road. It is very safe, so no need to worry about your vehicle!

Is the ceremony site accessible for guests who have trouble walking?

Answer

Yes! If you or a loved one need assistance getting from the parking area to the ceremony site, we will have a side-by-side (UTV) available to drive you right to your seat.

Is there a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We do not have a designated hotel block for guests (we were only able to provide accommodations for the wedding party). However, there are great local options nearby, and we recommend booking early! Check the [Travel] tab for places to stay.

Can I take photos and videos during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the day to help us remember these moments. We just ask that you please ensure your phone ringer and device sounds are turned completely off so there are no interruptions during the ceremony.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all! However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, you can view our registry links on the [Registry] tab of this website.
