The area of Colorado you will be visiting is a high alpine environment. That means altitude sickness is a concern. You can reduce your risk by limiting strenuous physical activity the first day or two you are here, and making sure to drink plenty of water before and during your trip as well as making sure you are having plenty of electrolytes. The higher altitude also means you are closer to the sun, so sunburn is also more severe than when you are at lower altitudes. Please consider wearing face sun screen and sun protection whenever spending time outdoors.
Wildfires are a concern in Colorado every year, but especially this year due to drier than usual conditions. There is a high likelihood that there will be some level of fire-ban in order to keep our communities safe. Please visit https://dfpc.colorado.gov/sections/wildfire-information-center/fire-restriction-information for the latest information on fire restrictions, as some activities (such as campfires and outdoor grilling) might be restricted.
We would prefer formal wear that leans more toward dusty garden party vibes. Such as floral and springy colors.
We are registered on Amazon and Target. You can also view the combined registry here on Zola.
