Staying the Weekend?Staying the Weekend?

Here are some of our FAVORITE places around Sacramento! Besides these sites and activities, there's a wide variety of museums, restaurants, parks, rivers, hiking trails, and other attractions for everyone to enjoy.
Midtown Farmers Market

Midtown Farmers MarketMidtown Farmers Market

1050 20th Street, Sacramento, CA 95811

Our favorite farmers market ever! Every Saturday morning from 9:00am-1:00pm. Explore local produce, flowers, artisan breads, wines, local food trucks, jewelry, clothing, and other goods! Located in the heart of midtown with easy access to a variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes.

The Morning Fork

The Morning ForkThe Morning Fork

1111 21st Street, Sacramento, CA 95811

The best (in our opinion) place to get breakfast in Sacramento! The menu is always changing as they use fresh and seasonal produce. Dayed loves the chicken and waffles and Kenna loves the fruit stuffed french toast! Right down the street from the Midtown Farmers Market.

Crocker Art Museum

Our favorite local hiking spot! Especially great at sunset when thousands of birds take flight for their nocturnal travels. Easy and short hikes for families and at least one paved, handicap accessible trail.
